I am not talking about upcoming akki & hot babe katrina's movie. Though i copied the name from that movie title itself which has an extra n in "Kinng"(all numerology & not logic behind it).
I am talking about the person whom today's Indian owe more than anyone on this earth. i am talking about the person because of whom we are enjoying a nice livelihood. A nice car/bike to ride to office, sitting in AC at office & having a chill time in the evening. (Note: All this may not be 100% true for ppl in Bangaluru as they spend 1/6th of their time in commuting.) I am talking about our Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. An amazing person, a truly economic reformer of today's India, a foreseer who belived in some reforms which are giving the fruits after 10~15 years of proper harvesting. If Dr. Singh hasn't started those reforms so many years ago, i may not have been writing this blog.
After the POKHRAN Nuclear test, India has been isolated from the world nuclear community for a long while now. Dr. Singh stepped into yet another reform to make India truly Nuclear dependent nation by signing a Nuclear deal with the world. The Left as usual threatened kick the Govt. out of power. Dr. Singh accepting the challenge proved his majority without thinking of his govt. which had left out with 8 more months. He stood by his values yet again and i believe, the fruits of this BOLDEST Decision would be seen after another 20~30 yrs down the line. Singh is Kinng movie may be a HIT or FLOP at the box office, i believe Dr. Singh would be a HIT many years down the line.
Dr.Singh is the Real King.

He is honest and parson with high integrity. But democratically he gave very bad example to prove his majority. Tacking support from 5 MPs from JAIL, Giving opportunity to opportunistic politician like Amar sing so many. He won trust vote but lost many heart. Still he is king for 8 more months. He claim he is politician by accident, he would have set very good example for professional politicians, but he failed.
Oh that's really really true.
i agree that he might be an intelligent person but as a politician whatever he did is wrong.. he spent so much money to win the trust vote

The Point i want to convey is: Dr. Singh has all the courage to go for Motion of confidence which was like win-lose situation when he opted for that. I guess no other politicans would dare to go for that....they would have just skipped the nuclear
deals itself. This is a characteristics of a KING who stands against all odds and takes the Risk.
Having said that, the rest of the part you said is History which everyone has to follow in this kaliyuga else you would be kicked out.(Even Krishna in Mahabharat did some gimmick to kill Karna, Bhimesha....& many more). I do feel its wrong but for the betterment of society i can accept that.
@ARUN: I don't see any other better way to do that. As all the MP's sitting in the parliment are matured more than necessary to get a seat in ruling party rather than sitting as a reponsible Opposition party leader working for the betterment of India.
Its truly said that the key persons who are responsible for the changes are always lost, and your post just reflects that.
According to me the key person who was responsible for now modern india was not Mr Singh it was then P.M:P.V.Naramahasima Rao.
Singh just gave directions to his vision of modern india.
What India is now is because of vision of Mr Narashima rao, funds for these visions were generated by by Mr.Singh.
Aggreed that Sing is a gentleman, but without Mr.Narashima Rao nothing could have been possible.
I differ in u r opinion that "Singh is King", according to me "Singh Was King" and now he is just a puppet in hands of Madam King Maker.
Forget about Krishna and Mahabharata. it was some 5000 years ago.
I am/was also...a great fan Mr M.M.Singh.
With all the respect to this great MAN, Mr M.M.Singh, he was a very good finance minister.. a brilliant one should say.. He saw ahead of every one else.. But it was Mr P.V. Narsimmarao who was bold to support Mr Signh to go ahead with his budget plan..
In true sense Mr P.V M is the hero.. and Mr Signh his True Victorious General..

Nuclear deal..
some facts for you..
we spend about Rs 5000 Cr to produce electricity for the whole of India..
Now we have signed a deal for a technology .. which is still not matured... and requires at least Rs 40K cr as initial investment to start making a small difference..
to get this setup ready will take at least another 5 years..
Lets take France for example... close to 90-95% of there power required is generated by Nuclear Power Plants.. now they are facing the crisis of disposing off the waste..
We will face the same after may be 25years..
Money should have be invested in alternate source of energy resource.. like Geo-thermal.. Oce-Thermal, hydroelectric, solar, wind energy and lots more..
Now why Nuclear Deal………….
Congress found a very good reason to dump Left parties in nuclear deal..
I am note sure ... and you being a expert by your self , please correct me if i am wrong..
We have the most decorated PM till date ..most learned among all the leaders of the world.
but the same time most help less..
Left opposed Nuclear deal.. only because they wanted to oppose US.. because they wanted a vote bank.. its a long story...
Congress wanted to get rid of Left parties, so they used Nuclear deal as there card.. and believe they played there cards well.. they have infact managed to get support of opposition MP's .. great guts.
Mr Singh says, he is said to be politician by accident..
The way congress showed majority in house.. let us not have these kind of accidental politicians again as PM
Has any one wondered what India has lost by this nuclear Deal....
under the 123 Agreement
1. All nuclear plants, will be under direct supervision of US.
2. India cannot import any technology which can be used in Nuclear plants with out US approval..
For ex..
Tata-Corus manufacturers on of the top graded steel in world, that can be used to make tubes tyre or similar stuff with automobile making parts.. Same piece of steel is used in nuclear plant, Now India cannot import it..
An Indian group owns the firm and India cannot import it.. Vow...
True spirit of being a Indian is lost in all the news channels rating.. gossips.. personalized politics.. family politics and what not and what all..
All the true heroes of the land are long gone and dead and we have long forgotten there names also..
